Sterling by Music Man Ray4 Review

Even just for a short period of time, Leo Fender acted as the president of Music Man, and he team up once again with Forest White who worked with Leo in the early days of Fender as plant manager. The two manage to work their magic for one last time developing a bass guitar that we all know to day as the Stingray. This high-end bass instrument has also entered the budget market with the introduction of Music Man Ray4.

Sterling by Music Man Ray4 is the more affordable version of the Music Man Stingray 34 that also looks, feels and plays excellent. It is a precision bass like no other. Featuring an ergonomic designed body with a slim neck which is fast by standards, then powered by a humbucker pick-up placed on the bridge for fatness on the sound and noiseless free of hum.
